Participation in Instagram competitions and their implementation are governed by the following provisions, which you accept as binding for you by participating in the respective competition. Otherwise, the Instagram guidelines apply . The organizer of the respective competition is Filterfotograf, Parkweg 1, 18246 Rühn (“ Organizer ”).
1. What can you win?
By participating you have the opportunity to win the items mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/rikobestfoto.de).
2. How to win?
Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: https://www.instagram.com/frikobestfoto.de. The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions stated in the entry. Postal deliveries will not be taken into account in the draw.
3. Over what period of time does the campaign take place?
The campaign starts after the post is published and ends on the date stated on the Instagram page (instagram.com/rikobestfoto.de).
4. Who can take part?
Participation is free and every natural person is allowed to participate. For underage participants, Best requires the consent of their legal guardians. Participation requires the truthful provision of the data relevant to participation. Competition associations and automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Please only take part once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning because they are filtered and blocked from the drawing.
5. Who is excluded from participation?
The Best company is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as: E.g. violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Filterfotograf and the companies involved as well as their relatives are not allowed to take part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
6. How are the winners determined?
The winners will be chosen by Filterfotograf from among all participants in an independent lottery process.
7. How do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified by announcing the winner's Inmstagra username as a comment under the competition posting. If necessary, the winner will also be notified of the prize via a private message. The winner then sends his address to Best as a private message using the corresponding function on Best's Instagram page or by email to bestgreenscreen@gmail.com
8. How do I receive my winnings?
With the notification of the prize, the winner will be asked to provide Filterfotograf with the contact details provided to send or hand over the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
9. What happens if I don't register after being notified of the prize?
If a winner does not contact Filterfotograf within 5 days of being notified of the win, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from among the eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Filterfotograf with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
10. Reservation clause
Filterfotograf reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, Filterfotograf only makes use of this option if due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed can. Filterfotograf is not liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize can be replaced by equivalent prizes.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Miscellaneous
Cash withdrawal of winnings is not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. If individual provisions of the conditions of participation are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the invalid provision. Filterfotograf reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time.
13. Exemption from Instagram
This competition is carried out by Filterfotograf, Parkweg 1, 18246 Rühn (organizer). It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Instagram. Information is transmitted to Filterfotograf, not to Instagram.
