Conditions of participation for the FILTERFOTOGRAF® Affiliate Program

By registering for the Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Program is operated via the GoAffPro platform and administered by FILTERFOTOGRAF®.

1. Purpose of the program

The affiliate program allows you to promote our products through your own channels—e.g., your website, blog, YouTube, or Instagram. You receive a commission for every successful purchase made through your personal referral link.

2. Conditions of participation

To participate, you must register via the partner portal. We reserve the right to reject applications without giving reasons, particularly for content that:

• promote violence, hatred or discrimination,
• are unlawful, pornographic or offensive,
• infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. trademarks, copyrights).

Your contact details and information must be complete and up-to-date.

3. Use of affiliate links

Once your application is accepted, you'll receive personalized affiliate links. Only purchases made directly through these links will qualify for commission payments.

The use of links in:

• misleading or intrusive advertising,
• Mass email spam,
• dubious voucher portals or cashback systems.

4. Commission conditions

You will receive commissions on confirmed purchases made through your recommendation. Commissions are not paid on, among other things, the following:

• own orders or orders on behalf of friends or family,
• Cancellations, returns or cases of fraud,
• Violations of the conditions of participation.

5. Payment

Payouts are made monthly once a minimum amount of €50 is reached – via PayPal.

6. Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content, design, and technology of your channels. Affiliate links must be clearly indicated (e.g., by stating "advertising" or "This post contains affiliate links").

Please do not make misleading statements about our products and do not claim to be an official representative of FILTERFOTOGRAF®.

7. Contract term and termination

Participation can be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, all advertising materials, links, and logos must be removed immediately. Any outstanding commissions will still be paid out.

8. Changes

FILTERFOTOGRAF® reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email in a timely manner. By continuing to use the program, you agree to the changes.

9. Place of jurisdiction and law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Rostock, to the extent permissible.
